Acute Mental Health Treatment Options for Adults
Inpatient treatment is designed for individuals who may be experiencing intense symptoms of mental health disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and other mood disorders. Whether the symptoms are sudden and onset, or have gotten more intense over time, starting an inpatient program with 24-hour care could be right for you.
Residential programs allow our talented team of professionals to work with you for an extended period of time without distractions. By taking a break from everyday life, you are free to focus completely on your recovery. Treatment takes place in our facility in beautiful Franklin, Tennessee, just 20 minutes south of Nashville.

TREATMENT MAY INCLUDE:
- Individual, group or family therapy
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Family education and support
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Recreational and art therapy
- Medication education groups
- 12-Step meetings
- Comprehensive discharge planning
Throughout treatment, our staff is with you every step of the way, moving you through the healing process toward a life of long-term recovery and health. Our team will work collaboratively with you to create a plan suited to your treatment goals. Individual and group therapy meets the specialized needs of each patient as counselors work with you and your loved ones to create an environment of understanding and compassion.
