Important Guidelines for All Visitors

Here at Rolling Hills Hospital, we understand the importance of family and friends as integral to the healing process. We work hard to protect our patients’ privacy, while providing a safe, healing environment for them and those who visit them. Please review our Visitor Guidelines below to make the most of your visit.

  • All visitors should arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled visitation times to check in at the front desk. There is a limit of four visitors as designated by the patient. For safety reasons, only two visitors are allowed in the room with the patient at one time.
  • Visitors must be at least 12 years old.
  • The right to visit may be restricted based on infringement of others rights, safety or based on what is medically or therapeutically contraindicated.
  • Please do not make incoming calls to adult patients, as they will be able to make two personal calls during designated times.
  • To help assure a safe environment for treatment, no food or contraband are allowed in the hospital setting. Cell phones and cameras are not allowed due to patient confidentiality.
  • Visitors are asked to leave all personal items in their locked vehicle. Purses, wallets, pocket knives, cigarettes, lighters, keys, flowers, food or drink, candy and stuffed animals are not allowed.
